Joseph W. Prokop, Esq. is an attorney concentrating his practice in municipal law. This includes the representation of villages in all aspects of municipal and related areas of law, including SEQRA (State Environmental Quality Review Act) and environmental law and procedure; coastal regulation; planning and zoning; International Codes; building, construction and insurance law and litigation; and drafting laws and policies, agreements and bidding documents. He currently serves as Village Attorney for several Suffolk County villages.
